A MAN has been charged after ram raids at two Hampshire convenience stores.
Odin Osman has been charged burglary, as well as taking vehicles without consent.
The 21-year-old, from Southampton, is also charged with ram raiding a Co-Op store in Netley and a Co-Op store in the Itchen area of the city.
As previously reported in the Echo, the Co-op store in Station Road, Netley, was ram-raided in the early hours of June 19.
The front of the store was severely damaged and a large number of cigarettes were stolen.
The Co-Op in Spring Road was targeted on the same day, though nothing was stolen.
Osman, of Paignton Road, has been charged with allegations of burglary and attempted burglary.
He also faces two allegations of aggravated taking of a motor vehicle and a further allegation of burglary.
Police say it comes after an incident where a Nissan Qahsqai was taken during a burglary of a home in Lower Swanwick Road between June 17 and June 18.
Hair salon La Ora, in St Lukes Close, Hedge End, was also burgled on June 19.
It was reported a vehicle rammed the front of the premises and an iPhone and cash was stolen from within.
A vehicle was also taken without consent after a burglary at a home in Aspen Close between July 8 and July 9 where a Volkswagen Golf was taken.
Osman will appear before Southampton Magistrates Court today (July 11).
