ROCK-STARS Noel Gallagher's High-Flying Birds 'Stopped the Clocks' at Friday night's Isle of Wight Festival.
The group, known for hits 'If I Had a Gun', 'Aka What a Life' and 'Dream On' were the act that festival-goers were most excited for, and they proved extremely worthy of the audience's anticipation.
To bring the day of unexpectedly sunny weather and incredible acts to a close, the Manchester band reflected the unique talent showcased during the action-packed day.
Sigala built the atmosphere with remixes to the biggest tunes in music on the festival's Big Top Stage, followed by Jax Jones, and ending with orchestra band Hacienda Classical.
However, the Isle of Wight Festival user known for their talented line-up, so it was not surprising that talent from all over the world also joined the fun.

Lily Allen, a classic singer-songwriter, played a set that took the audience back to fond memories, including 2006's 'Smile', and hosted a one-minute silence in honour of the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
The sunny weather set the buzzing mood and brought fans out in full force, with beers in almost every hand.
A mix of families, neon-dressed friendship groups and beer-drinking stags were present to celebrate one of Britain's biggest music festivals.
Today promises to be another action-packed day, with the likes of Bastille, George Ezra and living legend Fatboy Slim performing their well-known hits.
