The M3 tailback
HAMPSHIRE motorists are being warned of more delays due to a traffic light failure on a motorway.
Traffic light signals are still not working at Junction 9 of the M3 outside of Winchester on the Winnall Roundabout at the A34 approach, which failed yesterday.
This resulted in tailbacks as far as Chandler's Ford, meaning motorists were delayed by at least 30 minutes.
It is understood an engineer is on their way to fix the traffic light failure.
