SHE is the landlady at the Shirley Hotel, Shirley High Street.
Lee Osborne has been working at the hotel for seven years and has always enjoyed working in hospitality.
The 67-year-old from Freemantle said: “I love my customers, the atmosphere here and the gossip here.”
She added: “It is really relaxed here until we get a rowdy person and we have to bar some people. We have to bar a few idiots from time to time.”
Outside of work, Lee enjoys walking in the New Forest, Lymington and Hayling Island.
