A MAN was allegedly in possession of a knife during a shoplifting incident at a Tesco store in Bournemouth.
Police were called to the Tesco Superstore in Wimborne Road, Kinson, at 12.26pm on Saturday, May 4.
Officers attended and carried out a number of searches of the area. Later the same day, a 41-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested at an address in the Muscliff area at around 10.40pm.
He has been charged with shoplifting and possession of class A drugs – relating to drugs reportedly found on his possession following arrest. He is due to appear at magistrates’ court on Tuesday, May 21.
