POLICE want to speak to this man after a shoplifter stole alcohol from a shop and spat at a member of staff in Ringwood.
A man entered the Sainsbury's store in Meeting House Lane between 1.35pm and 2pm on Sunday, May 5, and left without paying for "several bottles" of alcohol.
A female member of staff told him to come back and he spat at the woman before walking off.
The man officers want to speak to is described as being aged 20 to 26 years old, about six feet tall, of mixed race, of a slim build, had short brown hair, and was wearing a black tracksuit top with the letters MAX on the back, black tracksuit bottoms, and black and white trainers.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: "We have now released a photograph of a man we would like to speak to in connection with this incident.
"Do you know this man? Did you witness what happened?
"If you have any information, please contact us on 101, quoting reference number 44190152156."
