A SOUTHAMPTON road is closed this afternoon following a crash.
Vehicles are being diverted following the crash on Wide Lane, which happened near the old Ford Factory site at about 2.30pm.
Hampshire Constabulary says the crash involved a man in his 90s in a mobility scooter.
Wide Lane: reports of a RTC on Wide Lane, please approach with caution.

The road is shut and drivers are being advised to avoid the area.

Unilink buses says its services cannot stop between Aster Road and Mountpark, but will instead use Stoneham Way and the M27 roundabout.
