CHILDREN from a Fair Oak school were put through their paces while being taught a valuable lesson.
As the pupils of Wyvern School had to engage in keep-fit activities, they were told of the importance of exercise in order to live long and healthy lives.
The youngsters limbered up before they tackled the vast array of activities available to them.
These pictures, taken on April 26, 1989, show the children giving it their all at pull-ups, sit-ups and more.
