YESTERDAY on a walk from the Beachcomber Cafe down to the beach, I passed a huge deposit of horse poo.
I have absolutely no objection whatsoever with owners exercising their horses along the beach but if dog owners quite rightly clean up after their pets, why should horse owners be exempt from the same responsibility?
All the more so when the amount dwarfs that left by dogs.
