IT MIGHT seem as if I’m becoming a litter pest but when you move around the city trying to do good and you come across things like this at Riverside Park car park, Woodmill, where either by need or profit charity bins have been raided then left in an utter disrespectful way it does rightly so make my blood boil.

Now it’s getting more and more important to place CCTV at this and other charity bin sites across the city or they will have to be ultra secure to stop this random theft.
