A DISQUALIFIED driver caught behind the wheel twice in the space of a month has been spared a prison sentence.
Razvan George Florea was caught driving a Mercedes while disqualified on the M3 near Winchester in February.
The 32-year-old was caught doing the same thing in March, this time in Southampton.
He pleaded guilty to both charges and two accompanying charges of driving without insurance.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, Florea was given a 24 week prison sentence – due to it being his third offence of driving while disqualified.
Magistrates decided to suspend the sentence for 24 months.
Florea, of Hawkswood Road, Bitterne, was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and pay court costs of £85.
