A HAMPSHIRE man who assaulted two people and threatened a police officer, all while on a suspended sentence, has been sent to prison.
Daniel Finch headbutted a woman and assaulted a man during the incident in Southampton on April 1.
The 41-year-old also racially abused another man and a police officer and also failed to give a breath sample.
Southampton Magistrates’ Court heard the offences all took place while Finch was on a suspended sentence, imposed in July last year.
Finch, of Cedric Close, Blackfield, was jailed for a total of 22 weeks.
He was also banned from driving for 32 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.
