THE England football team could be paying a visit to Southampton in 2020. We asked readers if they are excited for the Three Lions to come to St Mary's.
Zoe Patrick, a 23-year-old volunteer from Swaythling, said: "Definitely, it could be a good game. I have been a fan since I was a child and have always been into football."
Tim Peters, a 34-year-old charity worker from Swaythling, said: "That would be really exciting for the city, but I don't think it will bring more money to the city."
Chris Buckle, a 35-year-old IT consultant from Swaythling, said: "I am delighted that they are thinking about coming to Southampton and it is a great boost for the city."
Claire Buckle, a 35-year-old project manger from Swaythling, said: "I think it would be great for Southampton. I believe the fans will love it."
