FOLLOWING an investment of £300,000, which has given it an extra touch of glamour, a Fareham pub is set to re-open this Sunday.

The Slug & Lettuce, in West Street, the town's only late-night venue boast a new bar and "deluxe décor full of rich, bold prints".

A cocktail masterclass station has been added and the new drinks menu features the chain's signature Pornstar Martini Trees (which has to be ordered in advance) which holds nine vodka and passion fruit cocktails, accompanied by prosecco shots.

Weekly offers will include 2-4-1 cocktails all-day and wine from £12 on ‘Wine Down Wednesdays.’

The food menu features 23 catering for breakfast meetings, lunches and dinners.

To celebrate its first week back in business, the Slug & Lettuce will be hosting a VIP invitation night on Friday, April 12 from 6pm, where the first 100 guests to RSVP will be treated with glass of fizz on arrival and canapes throughout the evening.
