Among the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates Court were:

KIRSTY CROWHURST-RICHARDSON, 23, of Everest Road, Christchurch, Dorset. Indicated guilty plea to possession of herbal cannabis. Fined £80, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

CRAIG LEWIS HAWKINS, 29, of Aderdour Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to stop after a crash on Hinkler Road, Southampton. Fined £350, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £35, court costs of £85 and given eight points on his licence.

CAMERON SEABOURNE, 19, of Walnut Grove, Southampton. Indicated guilty plea to possession of cannabis. Fined £80 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30.

TANIQUA CHANNIN SMITH, 30, of Bugle Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive behaviour towards a police officer. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

MOHAMMED NADEEM BUTT, 32, of Frays Avenue, West Drayton, Hillingdon. Found guilty of two counts of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver, believed to have committed an offence in Winchester. Disqualified for six months, fined £180, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £400.

SHAUN ANDREW HAVARD, 31, of no fixed address. Indicated guilty plea to stealing from Co-Op in Totton. Jailed for six weeks, ordered to pay compensation of £110 and ordered to pay court costs of £85.

KYLE RICE, 18, of Cobden Street, Gosport. Pleaded guilty to assaulted a police officer in Chandler’s Ford. Fined £120, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and court costs of £85.

BARRIE PAUL HAMBLEY, 35, of HMP High Down, in Sutton, Surrey. Pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of Morgan’s Rum and one bottle of Courvoisier brandy. Jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

STUART MARK ABSOLOM, 29, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage and sending malicious communications. Community order made for 12 months and restraining order imposed not to attend victim’s home. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and court costs of £40.

ROBBIE BRIAN JONES, 24, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and committing an offence while on a community order. Community order made for 12 months, restraining order made not to contact victim. Also ordered to pay £175 in compensation and court costs of £50.

ANDREW DAVID KENNETH CROSBY, 32, of Glen Road, Southampton. Damaged an Audi TT in West End. Fined £120, ordered to pay compensation of £368, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £55.

SOPHIE MARPLES, 25, of The Orchards, Ringwood. Found guilty of drink driving. Fined £484. Victim surcharge £48. Costs £620. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

WAQAR DHAAMIN AHMED, 26, of Holly Hill Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £300. Victim surcharge £30. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.
