AMONG the cases heard at Southampton Magistrates Court were:

DAVID MICHAEL CORNFORTH, 39, of The Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to making category C indecent images of a child. Community order made with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Sexual harm prevention order made for 18 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

ANDREA JANE SHOTTER, 48, of Carnation Road, Southampton. Found guilty of damaging a PVC door worth £260. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, restraining order given until January 10 2020. Ordered to pay compensation of £260, cost of £400.

CURTIS PAUL MORSE, 29, of Cambourne Close, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to harassment, damaging four tyres worth £340, driving a Vauxhall Astra without due care and attention, and assault. Sentenced to four months prison suspended for 18 months for harassment. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay compensation of £100. Ordered to pay £340 for the tyres. Disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £100 compensation for the assault.

ALEXANDER GARY WEST, 39, or Sengana Close, Botley. Pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Trafic van on the M27 junction three to four with 105 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. Community order made and made to attend a drink drivers’ course. Also made to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Victim surcharge of £85 plus costs of £85. Disqualified for two years. Driving licence endorsed.

LEVI CRAIG MAXWELL ALLAN, 18, of Coxford Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching a community order. New requirements given to be under curfew for 30 days with electronic monitoring from January 11 2019. Ordered to pay costs of £30.

CONNOR HOBBS, 26, of Midlands Estate, West End. Admitted breaching a community order. Fined £100, costs £30.

REES LOCK, 19, of Portsmouth Road Southampton. Admitted breaching supervision requirements. Fined £50, costs of £60.

LUKE MALCOLM WOOD, 25, of Selborne Court, Romsey. Admitted breaching community order. Fined £50, costs of £60.

GARETH BALL, 39, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to theft of two lamps valued at £272 and four bottles of fragrance valued at £223.50 from John Lewis at West Quay shopping centre. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Compensation of £272.Costs £20.
