CURRENT and former Saints players will be participating in a fundraising gameshow next week.

Held on January 15, A Game of Two Halves will see the two teams go head-to-head in a series of rounds, with all proceeds going to the Saints Foundation.

The superstar team will be captained by Charlie Austin, and he will be joined by fellow team mates Jack Stephens, Shane Long and Stuart Armstrong.

They will be going up against the legends team, who will include captain Matt Le Tissier, Francis Benali, Rickie Lambert and a mystery guest who will be unveiled on the night.

The hosts for the night will be Francis Benali's daughter, Kenzie, who was formerly the match day presenter at St Mary's Stadium, and Southampton-born comedian Tom Deacon.

This will be held between 7-11pm with tickets starting from £16.49, with all proceeds going to Saints Foundation.

Held in Mike Channon Suite, the teams will compete in 10 different rounds, including a quickfire question rounds based on the 17/18 Premier League season and the history of the club and the 2018 world cup.

There will also be special guest appearances, and the chance to own some Southampton FC memorabilia.

Last year, Charlie Austin captained Matt Targett, Jack Stephens and Cedric Soares to victory over Matt Le Tissier, Francis Benali, Rickie Lambert and Dean Hammond.
