HOLLIE-ANN CARTER, 25, of Hindmarch Crescent, Hedge End. Found guilty of using a hand-held mobile telephone while driving on Hobb Lane. Fined £60. Ordered to pay £150 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed six points.

MERVYN JAMES KENNETH LANGDALE, 41, of Woodlands Road, Woodlands. Pleaded guilty to speeding while on Mountbatten Way, Southampton. Fined £415. Ordered to pay £125 costs and £41 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with four points.

RHEO ANTONIO MILLER-CALVIN, 19, of Furzedown Road, Southampton. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £346. SHAUN PAUL HIGGINSON, 45, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to remaining in an area of Southampton after being asked to leave by officers and using racially abusive words and assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

DAMAN MICHAEL MARCHANT, 28, of Tankerville Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Restraining order made to protect the victim. Ordered to pay £150 compensation and £100 costs.

LEWIS MICHAEL BALL-SMITH, 19, of Avon Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of MDMA. Fined £320. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.
