A LEGO thief faces eight weeks behind bars.
Daniel Blakeman was caught stealing Brickheadz and Harry Potter Lego sets from Marlands Shopping Centre, which were worth more than £100.
Due to the 33-year-old's long history of similar convictions, Southampton Magistrates' Court said only a prison sentence would act as punishment.
Blakeman pleaded guilty to the theft as well as assault by beating.
As well as his prison term, Blakeman, of Charles Hudson Lane, Barnstaple, was ordered to pay £32 compensation and £83 victim surcharge.
