THE beauty of our local bird life is a common subject of many of the Daily Echo Camera Club members.
From the graceful heron in flight, to swans upside down in water and woodpeckers doing their thing in the forest our members have captured them all.
Now that our camera club has celebrated hitting more than 3,000 members we have taken a sample of the pictures taken of our feathery friends in just the last two weeks.
And the images show that even the common crow and the starling can be made to look spectacular through the magic of a camera club member's lens.
