IT'S with regret that this is the third time I have requested to Southampton FC for a disabled weather covering at the Chapel disabled entrance, both times before fobbed off by pathetic excuses.
This is a disgraceful state of affairs – disabled fans/wheelchairs and enablers waiting in inclement weather while having cards swiped, such as during Saints vs Watford, and other times during season.
Perhaps the costs could have paid from the profits of previous transfer funds.
