A DRIVER whose car was seized by police after they discovered the MOT was more than a year out-of-date claimed 'poor life admin' was to blame.
The Audi S4 was stopped by officers in Eastleigh, who discovered the driver's insurance had expired and the car's tax was four months out-of-date.
But when they checked the MOT records, they found it was 14 months overdue.
When asked, the driver claimed it was due to to 'poor life admin'.
The car was seized and the driver reported to the DVLA.
