A TEENAGER has denied the murder of a man found with 'back injuries' at a home in Fareham.
The 17-year-old pleaded not guilty to an allegation of murder, following the death of Michael Deary in August.
The 29-year-old man who was found dead at his home in Omaha Close, Fareham, on August 20.
Police said that Mr Deary suffered injuries to his back.
The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, entered his plea at Winchester Crown Court today.
Judge Keith Cutler remanded the teenager, from Gosport, into custody.
He adjourned the case for trial on January 21.
