SAINTS let a two goal lead slip as they were held to a late draw by Brighton last night.

An injury time penalty, put away by Seagulls striker Glenn Murray, saw Saints pegged back 2-2 in the Premier League clash.

Southampton took a first half lead through a stunning strike by Pierre-Emile Højbjerg.

And that lead was doubled when Danny Ings netted from the penalty spot, after he was fouled by Gaetan Bong in the area.

But just two minutes later Shane Duffy nodded home a Brighton reply, in the 67th minute.

And Murray equalised in the first minute of injury time, after James Ward-Prowse was adjudged to have pushed Duffy over as Brighton took a corner.

Here are the some of the pictures from the game.
