I have a tongue in cheek theory why we have such a heatwave this summer. It's all down to brexit. The politicians have spouted so much hot air on the subject, both here and in Brussels that it has caused a localized climate warming spike. Just look at where the hot as pots are. London. I note that now they have broken up for summer the heatwave is forecast to end later this week.
