The following cases were among those heard at Southampton Magistrates Court.

Cephas Tutsirai Mandigora, 35, of St Mary Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing £542 worth of goods from John Lewis, Westquay. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Made to pay £250 compensation.

Estelle Patricia Clifford, 45, of Oxford Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing £15.38 of goods from Co-op. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Benjamin Rhys Leath, 28, of High Street, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £325 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

Joseph Phebey, 19, of Pennington Close, Pennington., New Forest. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Grzegorz Andrzej Boike, 35, of Webber Gardens, West End. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made and made to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 25 months.

Nicholas John Hardy, 48, of Lewis Silkin Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to not paying for fuel, driving without insurance and without an MOT. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £80 court costs.

Sean Wright, 24, of Hill Lane, Bassett, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £323 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Joseph Lewis Cullinane, 18, of Northfield Road, Bitterne Park. Pleaded guilty to damaging a patio door. Community order made and ordered to undertake 40 hours of unpaid work. Made to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Gary Charles Cutter, 32, of Oxford Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Callan Lawbuary, 24, of Barley Fields, Horton Heath. Pleaded guilty to damaging lounge and bedroom furniture, as well as a patio door. Community order made and to undertake 80 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 court costs.

Sasha Minchev, 22, of Shirley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Community order made, and ordered to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work. Made to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Justin Lee Roach, 34, of Steep Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and failing to surrender to custody. Community order made. Fined £65 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Simon Needs, 42, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating, and possession of cannabis. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

Rowan Glennie, 19, of Lymington Road, Brockenhurst. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £92 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

David John Smith, 55, of Nursey Gardens, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £338 and ordered to pay £33 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
