Stephen-Alan Paul Nicholson is due to appear in court
A SOUTHAMPTON man has been charged with failing to co-operate with police.
Stephen-Alan Paul Nicholson, 24, of Southampton, has been charged with failure to disclose access codes to an electronic device as requested by police under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act.
Nicholson has been remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court today.
