POLICE have released further details after a man was hospitalised by two bike riding youths who hunted him down as he tried to run away.
The pair initially threatened the man in the street, causing him to flee.
But the bike riding duo gave chase, tracking the man down in a nearby street and punching and kicking him.
The pair stole then stole the victim's phone and keys.
The man, who police describe as vulnerable, was later found injured a mile away from the incident by two passers-by.
