SOUTHAMPTON man Marian Catalin Mihai has been fined for failing to wear a seatbelt.
Mihai, 19, of Shirley Road, pleaded guilty to the charge whilst he was a rear seat passenger in a 52-reg VW Golf on the M3 northbound at Basingstoke on January 29.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.
