DAVID LEONARD MCNULTY, 38, of Ferndene Way, Southampton, pleaded guilty to breaking a non molestation order. Restraining order made. Fined £60. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £20 costs.

DEAN KEIGH HARRIS, 49, of Riggs Garden, Bournemouth, pleased guilty to stealing alcohol worth £23.80 from Tesco in Chandler’s Ford. Community order made including 40 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £23.80 compensation, £100 costs.

ANDREW JONATHAN STRODE GIBBONS, 52, of Bassett Row, Southampton, pleaded guilty to harassment. Community order made including 60 hours unpaid work. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

LEE MARTIN TURNER, 30, of Woodside Road, Bournemouth, pleaded guilty to breaking the terms of a restraining order and committing an offence while under a conditional discharge order. Community order made including 40 hours unpaid work. Restraining order. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

CALLIE LEE CULVERHOUSE, 35, of Hollybrook Gardens, Locks Heath, pleaded guilty to assault. 12 month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

SCOTT PAUL FENNER, 25 of Megan Road, West End, pleaded guilty to possession of two bags of cocaine. Fined £423, Ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

JOSEPH MICHAEL MCMAHON, 50, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing a food mixer worth £99.95. conditionally discharged for 12 months. Ordered to pay £99.95 compensation.

KENNETH THOMAS ORCHARD, 44, of Montague Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing two t-shirts worth £49.98 from Superdry in Westquay. Fined £40, Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to breaking a conditional discharge order. Fined £120.

NATALIE JANE SNOW, 32, of Commercial Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft. Committed to prison for 6 weeks concurrent. Ordered to pay victim surcharge £115.

HASRT HULTANI, 42, of Radcliffe Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening and abusive behaviour and two counts of harassment, one racially motivated. Community order made. Restraining order. Fined £180. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £85, costs £300.

JAMES DAVID BARBER, 46, of Alfred Close, Totton, pleaded guilty to driving an unregistered car while disqualified and without valid tax or insurance. Fined £283, ordered to pay victim surcharge £30, costs £85. driving licence endorsed with six points.

MELISSA SUSANNE JENKINSON, 29, of West End Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening and abusive behaviour and assaulting a police officer. Community order made. Fined £40. Ordered to pay £30 compensation.

GEORGE STUBBS. 35, of Martin Road, Frodsham, pleaded guilty to drink driving and failing to provide a breath sample. Banned from driving for 59 months. Community order made. Fined £120. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge. £50 costs.

WILLIAM MANNING,57, of Dene Close, Chilworth, was found guilty of using threatening and abusive behaviour. 12 month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £620 costs.

NELU GALU, 49, of Quayside Road, Southampton, was found guilty of assault. Fined £500. Ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

AARON PHILLIPS, 35, of Meadow Close, Burley, failed to provide a specimen to police. Banned from driving for 12 months. Fined £180. Ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

CHARLIE ROBERTS, 21, of Meadowhead Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Fined £300, Ordered to pay £100 compensation, £300 costs. He was also found guilty of resisting arrest. Fined £500, ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge.

JAMES ROBERT MCMANUS, 67, of Heathfield Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, without tax and insurance. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months. Banned from driving for three years. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

MICHAEL OLEV RATSEP, 26, of Laburnum Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault, criminal damage and breaking a restraining order. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
