Obidullah Jaeran Dustokheil, 31, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two jackets valued at £138, tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt valued at £80 from Hollister. Conditional discharge for 12 months. Compensation of £218. Costs £42.

Caroline Margaret Bolton, 40, of Burlington Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Fined £70. Victim surcharge £30. Licence endorsed with three points.

Ian Kruger, 55, of Waverley Green, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to exposing items for sale. Fined £500. Victim surcharge £50. Costs £200.

AUSTRIUS STASIUNAS, 26, of Woolwich Close, Bursledon. Admitted breaching terms of community order by failing to attend office appointments. Community order made. Ordered to pay £60 costs.

PETER MICHAEL JOSEPH MAGUIRE, 51, of Calmore Drive, Calmore. Pleaded guilty to assaulting Emma Tubb. Admitted breaching terms of a suspended sentence, issued for breach of restraining order. Jailed for 12 weeks. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge.

EMMA JANE ZAMMIT, 42, of Southcliff Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour towards Max White. Also pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £500. Ordered to pay £200 compensation, £120 costs and £50 victim surcharge.

Kenny Thornton, 31, of Renown House, Gosport. Admitted breaching terms of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend office appointments. Jailed for 26 weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

MORGAN HAYAT EVERT SMITH, 19, of Tommy Green Walk, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to knowingly entering the UK in breach of a deportation order. Fined £40. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Mark Peter Bryant, 55, of Mallards Road, Bursledon. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and one of causing harassment. Jailed for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, and issued with restraining order. Also told to pay £120 costs and £115 victim services surcharge.

Samuel Andrew Malcolm Drummond, 26, of Greatwood Close, Hythe. Found guilty of drug-driving. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £650 with £620 costs and £65 victim services surcharge.

Leon John McLeod, 36, of Channels Farm Road, Bassett Green, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing three items of cookware valued at £414 from Steamer Trading Cookshop. Jailed for six weeks, suspended for 18 months. Also told to pay £414 compensation.

Simon Andrew Moody, 44, of Lydgate Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to committing a breach of the peace. Bound over in the sum of £150 to keep the peace for six months.

Alexander John Anderson, 21, of Fulford Road, North Baddesley. Pleaded guilty to producing seven plants of cannabis. Community order, including requirement to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Also told to pay £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to stealing a bicycle valued at £225. Community order, £40 compensation order.

Dylan Charles Boise, 36, of Bullar Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing a class A controlled drug. One-year conditional discharge, £85 costs, £20 victim services surcharge.

Nostratullah Abdulrazaq, 29, of Lilac Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving with defective tyre. Licence endorsed with three points, fined £80 with £80 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.
