THE following cases were all recently heard at West Hampshire Magistrates’ Court:

Katie Louise Biggs, 37, of Bays Road, Lymington, pleaded guilty to two counts of drink driving. Community order made including 200 hours of unpaid work. ordered to pay victim surcharge of £85, costs £620 and banned from driving for 56 months.

William Kilgour, 38 of Chapel Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to breaching an anti-social behaviour order. Criminal behaviour order made. Fined £33, ordered to pay a victim surcharge £30. Also pleaded guilty to possession of spice. Fined £33.

William Christopher McCash, 32, of Warburton Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer. Ordered to pay £150 compensation, £85 costs.

Ryan Mark Dicarluccio, 36, of Cedar Road, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a Ford C-Max car. Community order made including 60 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £150 compensation, £50 costs.

Thomas Howells, 22, of High Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Community order made including 100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay a £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.

Harrison Lewis Lowe, 21, of Avon Court, Ringwood. Found guilty of assault. Community order made including 200 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £2,500 compensation.

Marcus Luke Scott Babey, 32, of Edelvale Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on March 9. Ordered to pay £60 costs.

Paul Heaton Wright, 39, of Oakgrove Road, Fair Oak. Pleaded guilty to felling a tree at Hilltop Pinewood Park protected by a tree preservation order. Fined £1,000, ordered to pay £100 victim surcharge.

Adam Steer, 27, of Newlands Close, Blackfield. Pleaded guilty to damaging a soap dispenser at Premier Inn, breaching a non-molestation order and two breaches of a community order. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Toni Edwards, 27, of Tunstall Road, Southampton. Found guilty of using racially aggravated words or behaviour and assault. Community order made. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £100 costs.

Lorraine Smith, 31, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Found guilty of committing fraud by using a stolen credit card to buy around £90 worth of tobacco. Also pleaded guilty to failing to answer bail. Community order made. Ordered to pay £100 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Vipul Vajshi, 40, of Barngate Close, Leicester. Pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota Corolla on Kingsbury Road, Southampton after consuming so much alcohol in his breath exceeded the drink drive limit. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

James Cain, 25, of Seagarth Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing four pairs of sunglasses from TK Maxx and a speaker and seven Garmin watches from John Lewis. A community order was made, with the requirement to complete at least 100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £1,671.69 compensation. Also ordered to pay £85 costs.

Carl Lindsay, 33, of Holcroft Road, Thornhill. Admitted breaching the terms of a drug rehabilitation requirement. New community order made and ordered to pay £60 costs.
