A WINCHESTER drink driver has been jailed only weeks after receiving a suspended prison sentence.
Richard Michael Kilcommons failed to comply with a community order imposed for drink driving.
Kilcommons, 52, of Main Road, Littleton, admitted the offence.
Magistrates had imposed the order after Kilcommons was caught drink driving, nearly four times the limit, in St Peter Street, Winchester, on December 31 last year.
The court heard that he had behaved in "unacceptable ways" in breach of the community order on July 31 and August 4.
The 12-week suspended sentence was activated. There was no order for costs.
