FIRE crews have been called to Redbridge Towers last night.
Four engines from across the city were called following a fire in the kitchen in one of the flats.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue said that two eggs left boiling caused the blazed.
Up to eight engines are routinely mobilised when a fire is reported at a high-rise block.
The first crew on the scene managed to put out the blaze, and no-one was injured.
