A WINCHESTER man has been jailed for breaching a court order.
Otto Bingeris, 50, went to Marston Gate and spoke to a woman when banned by a restraining order.
Bingeris, of no fixed abode, admitted the charge, when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
He was jailed for seven days with magistrates saying he had shown a wilful and persistent breach of court order. He was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
