Driver caught watching movie in middle lane of motorway
A driver has been stopped by police after watching a film on a Hampshire motorway.
The vehicle was travelling in the middle lane of the M3 yesterday when officers pulled the driver over for watching the film on his phone.
Police issued the driver with a £100 fine and three points on his licence.
