MOTORISTS are facing delays after a vehicle broke down on the M27.
The vehicle was stuck between junction eight for Bursledon and junction nine for Whiteley on the westbound carriageway at about 6.45am.
Travel information Romanse says traffic is currently "very slow" and that delays of 20 minutes are building.
Drivers are advised to check their routes before travelling.
