A FALLEN tree is blocking the M27 after high winds this morning.
The incident happened on the westbound carriageway just after junction nine for Whiteley.
A picture from the scene shows the tree blocking the left-hand lane and emergency services are at the scene.
Drivers are advised to use caution in the area.
