THE year kicks off with a fabulous first week for the Daily Echo Camera Club. Members have broken away from the hustle and bustle of the January sales to capture the tranquility of Hampshire.
Among the images is a trio of mandarin ducks, a couple of foxes seemingly socialising and starlings looking like leaves on trees.
Along with images of amazing animals is a selection of sumptuous vistas including Itchen Bridge, Beaulieu Road and frost on Ashley Walk.
Whatever the subject, Camera Club members have been posting hundreds of excellent images from across the county.
The pictures are regularly published in the Daily Echo and in galleries on dailyecho.co.uk.
