POLICE have launched a hunt for four men after they broke into a Hampshire shop and ripped out the cash machine, making off with its contents.
The men, who had their faces covered, broke into the Central Convenience Stores shop, in New Road, Swanmore, at around 1.45am this morning.
The gang then tied a rope to the cash machine at the back of the store, before using a black pick-up truck to rip it out.
A police spokesman said that there had been a lot of damage caused to the interior of the shop as a result.
They are now appealing for anyone with information to call PC Daniel Cox at Fareham Police Station on 101.
