Celebrity deaths come in threes?
Not in 2016, where this year is off to an even sadder start with a whole host of departed musicians, actors and entertainers.
According to research conducted by the BBC Radio 4 programme, More or Less, double the number of celebrity obituaries have been written by the BBC over the first three months of this year, compared to the same period in 2015.
The programme says the rise in celebrity deaths is probably down to a boom in the number of celebrities born in the 1950s - when there was more ways to be famous than before.
