CLOKE William Charles - 'Bill' Left us on June 17th 2024. Bill's family wish to express their sincere gratitude for the kindness and support we experienced before and after our loss. Friends and family who visited Bill in hospital and at home or sent thoughtful messages are much appreciated and their kindness and goodwill will never be forgotten. His carers (OneCare), Countess Mountbatten Nurses, The East Community Team (especially Amanda) and Dr Casey and Laura from Woolston Lodge all showed great affection for the man they all said was such a gentleman who never complained. A difficult day was made easier by Margaret Hoadley, Colin and Jill Day and Linda Nicholson who made the service so very special. Victoria and colleagues from Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors were so respectful throughout and Jojo, Jeanette and team at the Farmers Home provided the perfect venue for the rest of the day (and evening), enabling a sad day to end with smiles and laughter.
