The Two Brothers pub on Townhill Way is more than just a traditional pub.
The family oriented business caters for drinkers and groups alike, with clean, modern decor and a large range of food to suit all tastes.
Lewis Tanner, who has been with restaurant and pub operator Mitchells and Butlers for nearly four years, manages the 15 staff who pride themselves on their friendly welcome.
“We’re a great team, and a really great local business, “ he says.
“We offer excellent guest service and we like to treat people as we would in our own homes.”
The pub has an impressive range of five lagers to choose from which range in price from £2.40 for a pint of Carlsberg to £3.55 for a pint of Heineken.
On Monday and Tuesday you can get a pint of Carling or Carlsberg for £1.90 all day, as well as a Bacardi and mixer for the same price.
London Pride, IPA and Doom Bar are the cask ales on tap, priced from £2.40 to £3.10, and the keg ale is John Smiths or Worthington’s.
There are over 20 wines to choose from, including a red or white ‘Help for Heroes’ donation special.
As for food the pub prides itself on offering a large selection of very reasonably priced meals.
Fish and chips is a popular dish, offered as one of the pub’s ‘two meals for £7.50’ deals from Monday to Friday.
Cornering a new trend in breakfasts The Two Brothers has been starting the day off with food since March.
Their best selling Classic breakfast is offered at the incredible price of £2.69, with refillable tea or coffee just £1 extra.
There is a toy grabber and mini chalkboard for the children, who can eat for just £1 on Mondays.
Sky sports features as well, and Green Card members can enjoy 20% off on selected food 45 minutes before a match, during and 45 minutes after a match.
There is a December menu on offer until Christmas Eve, where three courses are £11 any time.
Punters can enjoy a DJ and karaoke on New Year’s Eve tickets for just £5 per ticket.
As Lewis says, “The more we can offer, the more we can deliver.”
The Two Brothers is open from 9am every day, until midnight Monday – Saturday and until 11pm on Sundays.
