THERE are two types of people in the world. You’re either a starter or a dessert kind of person; you sway one way or the other. I’m definitely a dessert fan; I’ll check what’s on the menu for afters before I even look at the main courses. To make sure I can fit in that chocolate pudding or sundae I will absolutely have a smaller dinner. And the problem with starter people is they hold everyone else up, just because they can’t resist a couple of deep fried breaded mushrooms. I end up sitting, waiting, getting hangry (angry because I’m hungry) watching the clock until that last mouthful goes in and I know my dinner’s on its way.
