THIS might sound like fake news but Donald Trump is heading for Hampshire

Southampton comedian and impersonator Mike Osman is bringing his side splitting version of the American president to Eastleigh’s Concorde Club on July 5.

The Fund The Wall Tour promises to be a cracker and Trump says: "It’s gonna be a great show, the best show, you’re gonna love it. It’s gonna be tremendous, so beautiful, it’s true.

“There will be so much locker room humor, unbelievable humor but no fake stuff, no fake stuff and the press are banned.

“I've got all the best jokes it’s true. You gotta love this show, it’s gonna be huge, so huge.”

As well as a series of comedy routines and his Trump party piece, Mike will be diving into his treasure trove of impersonations including Michael McIntyre, José Mourinho, Nigel Farage, Boris Johnson, Micky Flanagan and of course all the old favourites like the entire cast of Only Fools and Horses and Dad’s Army.

And the Stoneham Lane club has also pulled off a major coup by staging Sixties Gold - the legendary pop nostalgia package which showcases hits from the golden era of pop – on September 27.The Concorde is the first stop on the tour which covers about 40 cities and towns.

With more than 50 chart-topping UK hits between them the headliners include Hermans Hermits. One of the biggest selling bands of the 60’s, the Manchester band chalked up 23 hit singles, 10 hit albums, appeared in 3 major movies and to date they have sold more than 75 Million records.

This year is their 55th Anniversary tour and they will rolling out those timeless hits including

There’s A kind Of Hush, Silhouettes, Can’t You Hear My Heart Beat, Wonderful World and A Must to Avoid.

Another success story from the Liverpool pop boom years, The Merseybeats will be reprising their hits including; Sorrow, I Think of You, and Wishin’ and Hopin’.

The Marmalade were the champions of the Scottish Beat in 1968, adding another dimension to the sound of the classic pop song, with great harmonies like Lovin’ Things, Reflections of My Life, Falling Apart at The Seams, Cousin Norman, and their Lennon & McCartney composed No1 hit Ob-la-Di Ob-la-Da.

Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders were another of the iconic bands from Manchester, who are also on their 55th Anniversary tour. Wayne had his first hit in 1964, Um, Um, Um, Um, Um, Um, followed up with The Game Of Love, Pamela Pamela, Groovy Kind Of Love.

Completing the Sixties Gold like up is Steve Ellis, the original lead vocalist and founder of Love Affair who had five Top 20 singles, including their No. 1 and signature tune Everlasting Love.

He was the original voice of one of the biggest boy bands of all time. Bay City Rollers star Les McKeown is heading back to The Concorde on September 21 with all those tartan spangled hits including Bye, Bye Baby, Shang-A-Lang, I Only Want To Be With You, Summer Love Sensation, Be My Baby, Remember (Sha-La-La) . McKeown is among a galaxy of headliners announced by the Eastleigh club.

Angelo Starr has kept alive the music of his brother and soul legend, the late Edwin Starr. His original seven piece band The Team with Angelo as lead vocalist will be taking centre stage on April 6 for a high energy show with the Edwin Starr hits including War, 24 Miles, SOS and Eye to Eye Contact. Northern Soul legend Lorraine Silver completes the sensational soul line up
