Inspired by the ever-changing backdrop of nature, Lymington based artist, Philippa Headley, has recently caught the attention of an international marketplace agent, and her work is now on sale to collectors across the globe.

With the ethos of ‘Selling art that changes lives, and living rooms’, Artfinder has included Philippa’s collection of paintings within their gallery; as well as running a special feature on their homepage throughout early Spring, whereby the evocative collection of oil-painted land and seascapes will enjoy the spotlight.

Christies’ graduate Philippa swapped the bright lights of London for the ever-changing backdrop of the New Forest 14 years ago, and has never looked back. She explains: “I often travel the country to sketch and draw initial studies for my pieces, but always return to my studio to start working on the compositions which form the basis for the finished oil painting. I find the coastal air and dramatic scenery that surround me a constant source of creative inspiration.

“Having exhibited my pieces throughout various galleries in the UK, I am really excited to work with Artfinder as a way to reach out and showcase my pieces to an international audience, amongst a diverse community of original and independent artists.”
