Realest, the newest commercial practice on the central South Coast, has completed the off market sale of Meridians House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton on behalf of Astoria Holdings to Charter Court Investments represented by Maughan Mitchell.

The disposal of the offices, currently occupied by Commercial Surveying firm, Vail Williams and based in Ocean Village, relates to the sale of the 250 year long leasehold interest in the property.

Realest worked with Welbeck Investment Management, asset managers for Astoria Holdings.
