A HAMPSHIRE woman is the running for a national marketing award.
Lauren McManus, head of marketing and communications at Chandler’s Ford based Daisy Wholesale, has been shortlisted for in the 2019 Marketing Excellence Awards.
She is up for the Marketer of the Year award which recognises the impact of one individual on an organisation through their commitment, creativity and originality.
Lauren has worked for Daisy Wholesale for more than three years and has transformed the marketing department, bringing all operations in-house and spearheading a range of successful campaigns and events.
Daisy sells internet and telecommunications services, including internet hosting, broadband Internet connections, and VOIP.
“I am absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted for this prestigious award from such a distinguished body,” said Lauren. “My qualifications from the CIM have proved invaluable in my career and have opened up a world of opportunities.”
CIM is the largest professional marketing body in the world, with over 30,000 members worldwide
Held by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the ceremony is set to take place on April 11 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
