New Forest -based builder Pennyfarthing Homes has taken on four of four senior managers to bolster its head office team and support expansion plans across Hampshire and Dorset.

Tina Chalk has been appointed sales and marketing manager. Prior to this, Tina has held previous roles working for Redrow, Linden Homes and most recently, Bovis Homes.

Chartered Surveyor, Benjamin Arnold joins the company as land and planning manager. During his 10 years at Savills, Ben progressed quickly to become director of the Savills South Coast Development Team and brings a wealth of experience in land acquisition, property development and valuation.

Fulfilling the role of finance manager is Simon Willington and Steve Tyrell returns to the company as construction manager having previously working as a site manager with the company in 1997 before going on to gain his chartered status with the RICS.

Since this achievement, Steve has been running his own professional practice and working on the largest land development project in the world in Dubai.
