We, Barton Peveril Sixth Form College Hereby gives notice that it has applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:

Postal address of premises Barton Peveril Sixth Form College, Chestnut Avenue, Eastleigh, S050 5ZA The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows: To change the times of the existing licensable activities and also to add supply of alcohol to the existing licence as follows:

Supply by retail of alcohol (ON the premises only)

Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 23.00 Regulated Entertainment Plays

Monday to Sunday 08.30 - 23.00 Films

Monday to Sunday 08.30 - 23.00 Indoor sporting events

Monday to Sunday 08.30 - 23.00 Live Music

Monday to Sunday 08.30 - 23.00 Recorded music

Monday to Sunday 08.30 - 23.00 Performances of dance

Monday to Sunday 08.30 - 23.00 Anything similar to live music, recorded music or performances of dance

Monday to Sunday 08.30 - 23.00 The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh S050 9YN or the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton S014 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or online at licensing.eastieigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the 30th October 2018 and 27th November 2018.

Please note that ft is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
